How to Measure

Foot Length: Stand on a sheet of paper, mark the back of the heel and the tip of the longest toe, then measure the distance between the two marks.

Toe Room: Leave about 0.3–0.5 in (0.8–1.3 cm) of growing and movement room beyond your measured foot length.
